PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is simplified and capable of being easily controlled by any person, by providing a start condition, which shows a normal condition in the time of starting, to be left as set in each supervisory point and receiving information from each supervisory point in the time of starting to discriminate success or failure of the condition further displaying the result of the discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A signal conversion circuit 1, successively scanning each supervisory point S1-Sn, fetches monitor information. A CPU21 reads from an input port 24 each monitor information from the signal conversion circuit l to be stored in a RAM23. While the crew controls a keyboard 26 enabling a group list and its content (read from a ROM22b), classifying each supervisory point, to be displayed in a CRT display 27 or printed in a printer 28. Next if a system group, including the concerned supervisory point, is selected by a select key, reading starting conditions in the supervisory point successively from the ROM22b and the monitor information in the supervisory point from the RAM23 and comparing both the starting condition and the monitor information, the compared result is displayed in the CRT display 27. Accordingly, the crew is supported by this display enabling success or failure of the starting condition of a main engine to be decided.
