<p>The inverter comprises four MIS transistors (Q1-Q4) and their driving circuits (1-4), with a DC voltage (Es) applied between input terminals (A,B). A high-frequency AC voltage (VOUT) is produced between output terminals (C,D), to which a load (5) is connected, by alternately switching on/off the transistors (Q1-Q4). Inductance elements (L1-L4) are provided across the gate and source of each of the MIS transistors, which establishes resonance condition in parallel with the input capacitance of the transistor.</p> |
