发明名称 WIRING BOARD STRUCTURE OF SELF-TRAVELLING SLIDER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To smooth the movement of a self-travelling slider, and to miniaturize the wiring board structure of the slider device by changing over the excitation of three-pole coils at pitches of two third of magnet disposal pitches. CONSTITUTION:Block-shaped magnets are arranged onto a rail for a slider 11 in alternate polarity at pitches P. Coils 15, 16, 17 at three-poles are disposed onto the slider 11 at pitches 2P/3. Terminals for each coil are connected to sliding contacts 21-23 as shown in the figure. Conductive pattern members 9, 10 are arranged to a wiring board 8, with which the sliding contacts 21-23 are brought into contact, in a pattern shown in the figure. Consequently, two among the coils 15-17 are excited in succession with the movement of the slider 11, and the slider 11 continues to be shifted in the fixed direction by the action of the magnets installed on the rail. When voltage polarity applied to the conductive pattern members 9, 10 is reversed, the slider 11 is moved in the opposite direction.
