PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which can retain good antistatic properties over a long period of time, consisting of a liquid material obtd. by dissolving a graft polymer having a backbone mainly composed of two specific polymerizable components and branches mainly composed of a polymerizable component giving a polymer well-compatible with vinyl chloride resins in an org. acid ester. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises a liquid material obtd. by dissolving a graft polymer having a backbone mainly composed of a component (A) of formula I (wherein m is 1-15; R1, R2 and R3 are each H or CH3) [e.g., hydroxyethylene oxide (meth)acrylate] and a component (B) of formula II (wherein n is 1-15; R4 and R5 are each H or CH3) [e.g., acid phospho(poly) oxyethyl (meth)acrylate] and branches mainly composed of a polymerizable component (C) giving a polymer well-compatible with vinyl chloride resins when polymerized (e.g., methyl methacrylate oligomer) in an org. acid ester (e.g. dibutyl phthalate). The compsn. is a liquid having good shelf stability over a long period of time and can exhibit excellent antistatic properties when homogeneously dispersed in vinyl chloride resins.
