PURPOSE:To manage the correction history of individual data by providing the titled system with a step correction history recording part for recording a correction order in each step. CONSTITUTION:A data recording part is provided with a part for recording the correction frequency 100 of a file and correcting histories 101-104. File data such as a list of a computer program and document data in a word processor are utilized as examples of data. A file correcting frequency recording part 100 is formed on the head of each file data recording part and the correction history recording parts 101-104 indicating the histories of the correction order of the file, e.g. 1st correction - n-th correction are formed on the heads of data recording parts formed in each document data line feeding unit. Consequently, a data correcting position can be easily retrieved.
