PRODUCTION OF SUBSTRATE FOR OPTICAL DISK AND METALLIC MOLD DEVICE AND CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION APPARATUS USED THEREIN

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent optical disk with high productivity by rotating a turn table and executing respective stages on the turn table. CONSTITUTION:A radiation curable transparent material 21 is injected into the spacing which is formed of a radiation transparent base 4, a stamper 7 and a spacer 9 to a prescribed size while the turn table is kept rotating in a reduced pressure state. An injection port is closed after the injection. The stamper 7 is then heated to a prescribed temp. and thereafter, radiations having a curing effect are projected from the base 4 side to cure the material 21. The cured material is cooled down to a prescribed temp. and is parted from the base 4 and the stamper 7. This cured matter is then stripped by using a suction device. These stages are successively and continuously executed on the turntable 30 while the turntable 30 is kept rotating. The substrate for the optical disk having the excellent quality is thus obtd. with the high productivity.
