PURPOSE:To simultaneously carry out the springing up of a seat cushion and the releasing of a latch by providing an operating arm which swings in accordance with the lifting up of a thigh support frame and releasing the latched condition of a turn table through the swinging of said operating arm. CONSTITUTION:When the front edge of a thigh support part 1a-2 is lifted up, a sub-frame is separated from an engaging projection and the thigh support part 1a-2 springs up with a rotatable support shaft 11 as a base point. In this condition, the top end part of an operating arm 23 hits against a liftingly rotating thigh support frame 6 and is rotated together with the support frame 6. As a result, a release wire 22 is pulled causing a striker to be retracted from a latch hole, to automatically release a latch. Thereby, the latch of a turn table is released by springing up only the thigh support part to obtain a rotatable condition, facilitating an operation required for rotation.
