发明名称 MAGNESIUM-ZINC FERRITE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled ferrite material composed of Fe2O3, MgO, ZnO, MnO, CuO and Bi2O3, having excellent initial permeability, residual magnetic flux density, coercive force, Curie point, specific resistance, etc., and effective in reducing heat-generation of core. CONSTITUTION:A composition composed of 46-49mol.% of Fe2O3, 24-27mol.% of MgO, 18-21mol.% of ZnO, 4-7mol.% of MnO and 1-4mol.% of CuO is added with 0.3-0.6wt.% of Bi2O3 and 1-2wt.% of a binder (e.g. PVA and water) and granulated to obtain pellets. The pellets are pressed and baked at 1,250-1,350 deg.C for 1-2hr.
