<p>PURPOSE:To improve assembling property of a floor assembly with body assemblies on both sides, by a method wherein a floor assembly, where function parts and interior parts are assembled together, is combined with body assemblies on both sides from the outside in the direction of a car width by means of screws. CONSTITUTION:A floor assembly 1 has a floor panel 2 and side sill inners 3. A stepped part 4 is formed at the intermediate part in a longitudinal direction of the floor panel 2, and a longitudinally extending tunnel part 6 is formed in an upward expanding manner at a central part in the direction of a car width. Function parts, e.g. front sheets, rear sheets, are mounted to the floor panel 2. Each of body side assemblies 22 on both sides has pillars 23-25, a roof side rail 6, a rear fender 27, and a side sill outer 28. The side inner 3 of the floor assembly is combined with the side sill outer 28 of the body side by means of bolts.</p> |
