PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a flux, to miniaturize equipment and to improve the quality of a heat exchanger by spraying non-corrosive flux of power body after spraying water on a tentatively assembling core and then drying it. CONSTITUTION:A non-corrosive flux is sprayed on the Al made heat exchanger core 40 made by tentatively assembling after spraying water thereon mistily from plural spray nozzles 41. In this case, a tube 31 is uniformly sprayed over the whole face at the joining part with a fin 32. Then, the non-corrosive flux of powder body scattered by a powder coating gun is recovered by actuating a sucking blower inside the chamber provided with the sucking blower. The flux sticks only at the part of the sprayed water. On completion of the flux coating drying is executed according to ordinary method. After completion of this drying stage brazing treatment is executed in a heating furnace to obtain an Al made heat exchanger core 40.
