PURPOSE:To reduce die cost and to improve working efficiency by forming a punch member and die member by dividing them with plural co-axial cylindrical members respectively. CONSTITUTION:A punch supporting base 12 is arranged by fixing it to a die base P10 and the punch P18 composed of a reference punch 14, an outside retainer P16 and plural split cylindrical bodies is arranged on the supporting base 12. Meanwhile, a die supporting base D12 is fixed to the die base D10 and the die D18 consisting of a reference die D14, inner side retainer D16 and plural cylindrical bodies is respectively set up on the supporting base D12. In the case of blanking a blank of same outer diameter, the specified number of split cylindrical bodies P18 are drawn from the large diameter side of a punching die P so as to obtain the diameter of the die P conforming thereto and the dies P, D are formed by drawing the specified number of split cylindrical bodies D18 from the small diameter side of the die D. Since the die is formed with the combination of the punch and die members, the die cost is reduced and working efficiency is improved.
