PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal operation, by interlocking an inverter so as not to be started upon generating a trouble in the throwing-in circuit of a breaker. CONSTITUTION:The interlocking circuit of an inverter device is provided with a starting condition deciding unit 2, the auxiliary contact of a breaker 3, an interface unit 4, logical units 5, 6 and a throwing-in circuit unit 7 while the output of the throwing-in circuit unit 7 is connected to the coil 9 of the breaker and the output of the logical unit 6 becomes a starting command 8 for the inverter. The throwing-in signal of a main circuit opening and closing breaker and an inverter starting signal are outputted by the logical product of the output signal of the starting condition deciding unit 2 by the output of the logical unit 5, whereby, the starting command 8 of the inverter may be prevented from being outputted when the breaker has been thrown-in before establishing a starting condition.
