PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out moldings in the optimum molding conditions for a plurality of molded items by using an injection molding machine and to elevate the operating efficiency of an apparatus, by combining a plurality of molds in a specified order on an injection unit and carrying out the molding under a molding condition corresponding to each mold. CONSTITUTION:When a mold 4 comes to a molding position corresponding to an injection unit 1, a mold clamping mechanism 2 works and a mold 4a moves to a position shown with a chain line and mold clamping is done by being pressed by a mold 4b. Then, an injection unit 1 forwards and a molding material is supplied in the mold 4. A molding is carried out under a molding condition set by the first setting indicator 6a. After the molding is finished, the mold is opened and the mold 4a is retreated to the position shown with a full line and knockout operation of the molded item is carried out by means of a knockout mechanism 7. Then, the mold 4 moves to a waiting position shown with a broken line and a molding for the second mold 5 coming to the molding position is carried out under a molding condition set by the second setting indicator 6b. Knockout operation of a molded item for the mold 5 is carried out by means of a knockout mechanism at position shown with a full line. |
