PURPOSE:To prevent the wound core from outwardly swelling by preventing the filling of a molding resin into the gap in the inside of the wound core becom ing faster than that into the gap in the outside of the wound core. CONSTITUTION:A molding resin is made to flow from an injection port 16 and from upper and lower gates 18 as shown by an arrow (p) through gaps 36a, 36b, 36d, 36e toward a gap 36f in the inside of a wound core 23 as shown by arrows (g), and through a gap 36c, a molding space 12 of a plug holder section etc., as shown by arrows (r) into the gap 36d as shown by an arrow (s). At this time, in the gap 36c, the molding resin having flowed between a projecting part 19 and the main body 31 of a volume increasing board 5 flows at a relatively slow speed on the side of a positioning lever 14 and a lead wire 28 due to the existence of a dam section 35. Whereupon, the gap 36f is filled with the molding resin faster than the gap 36a so that no action occurs to outwardly expand the wound core, whereby the gap size of the gap 36a is correctly maintained.
