PURPOSE:To secure airtight state by applying compression force due to the volume contraction on the basis of the solidification of synthetic resin and the force resisting the compression force due to the blow molding pressure as initial stress onto an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:An inlet 14 made of metal is insertion-molded on the inner peripheral surface of the fuel inlet of a filler tube 10 as the fuel injection pipe made of synthetic resin, and a ring-shaped elastic member 16 such as O-ring which is applied with the compression DT due to the volume contraction on the basis of the solidification of the synthetic resin forming the fuel inlet port and the force in the magnitude resisting the compression force due to the blow molding pressure, as initial stress, is interposed between the inlet 14 and the inlet installation surface.
