PURPOSE:To provide the title coating agent which gives a coating film which has excellent resistance to wear, weather, heat, acids and alkalis and does not cause lowering in these properties even under severe conditions, containing a specific phosphazene compd. CONSTITUTION:Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (a) is reacted with phenol and sodium alcoholate of allyl alcohol (b) to obtain a phosphazene compd. (A) having a unit of formula I [wherein R<1> is a group having a reactive double bond, represented by formula II, III or IV; R<3> is a 1-12C alkylene; R<4> is H or a lower alkyl; R<5> is R<3> or -COOCH2-provided that C of the carbonyl group is attached to C on the arom. ring; R<6> is H or a 1-5C alkyl; R<7> is R<3> or a (1-6C alkyl-substd.) phenylene; R<2> is R<1>, a residue obtd. by removing H from the hydroxyl group of a compd. having a hydroxyl group, which is a monohydric alcohol or phenol compd., or residue obtd. by removing H from the amino group of a compd. having a primary or secondary amino group; n is at least 3; a>0, b>0 and a+b=z]. The component A is optionally blended with a filler (B) and an org. solvent (C). |
