PURPOSE:To continuously produce high pure distilled water by providing with a degassing part composed of hydropholic tube before an evaporating part in a distilling and refining device for high pure water composing of a evaporating part and a condensing part at least. CONSTITUTION:The degassing part composed of the hydropholic tube 2 is provided before the evaporating part 5 in the distilling and refining device for high pure water composing of the evaporating part 5 and the condensing part 8 at least. Therefore, the dissolved gas contained in water is continuously removed and then the high pure distilled water is continuously produced.
