PURPOSE:To enable assembly to be easily carried out, by arranging an impeller and valve bodies inside a pump body, and by fitting and fixing a cap onto the pump body so as to cover the member housing part. CONSTITUTION:When an impeller 40 is turned in the counterclockwise direction, the pressure in a valve chamber 46 becomes negative, while the pressure in a valve chamber 47 becomes positive. Thereby, valve bodies 54, 55 move to the left, so that the valve body 54 opens a suction port 50 and closes a discharge port 52, and the valve body 55 closes a suction port 51 and opens a discharge port 53. Accordingly, liquid flows from a liquid introducing passage 49, through the suction port 50, the valve chamber 46, a working passage 44, and into the valve chamber 47, and from the discharge port 53 it is delivered to necessary places. When the impeller 40 is turned in the clockwise direction, liquid is inversely sent out from the discharge port 52 to the other necessary places. Now, the casing is substantially comprised of a pump body 61 and a cap 62. Thus, since the assembly can be accomplished only by housing the impeller 40 and valve bodies 54, 55 in the member housing part 64, and fitting the cap 62 onto the pump body 61, and then by fixing both of them, assembly can be quite easily carried out.
