PURPOSE:To use the same man-machine interface so as to apply operation management to plural different exchanges by using one console for the maintenance operation management of the plural exchanges. CONSTITUTION:A time division multiplexer 40 applies time division multiplex control of a signal to apply maintenance operation management between a console and each exchange. A communication control section 61 controls the transmission/reception of a signal between the console and the time division multiplexer 40. An execution management section 63 of the console edits the signal sent to each exchange and supplies the result to the communication control section 61, the signal inputted from each exchange via the time division multiplexer 40 and the communication control section 61 to apply man-machine interface. Thus, the maintenance operation management of plural different exchanges is applied by one man-machine interface to relieve the load of the maintenance operation personnel.
