发明名称 FUEL INJECTION QUANTITY CONTROLLING METHOD FOR DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of smoke due to an excessive injection quantity, by controlling a maximum fuel injection quantity in making suction pressure one of control parameters immediately after engine starting, when the maximum fuel injection quantity in a way of setting cooling water temperature and engine speed down as the control parameter after the starting. CONSTITUTION:At the time of engine driving, a suction pressure correction factor and an offset injection quantity as well as both first and second fundamental fuel injection quantities are calculated with the specified map in conformity with each output of a suction pressure sensor 32 and an engine speed sensor 46 at an engine control unit 56. Next, the calculated suction pressure correction factor, the offset injection quantity and each of these fundamental injection quantities are used, while the maximum fuel injection quantity is calculated in due consideration of a water temperature correction factor. According to this maximum fuel injection quantity, a solenoid spill 50 of a fuel injection pump 42 is controlled. This water temperature correction factor is determined on the basis of output of a water temperature sensor 40 according to the judged result of whether a starter switch is on or not, and immediately after engine starting, the water temperature correction factor is made going to be gradually reduced.
