PURPOSE:To reduce a status change data collection time at the production time of status change by allowing a center equipment to collect status data through time division transmission from plural terminal equipments in detecting the occurrence of status change in >=2 terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:The center equipment 10 applies polling to plural terminal equipments 20 to collect the status data. The terminal equipment 20 is provided with an arithmetic processing section 201 and status data is sent to the equipment 10 while giving interruption to polling by the processing 201 at the occurrence of status change. The equipment 10 is provided with a start-stop error detection circuit 105, which detects the sending of the status change data simultaneously from >=2 equipments 20 among the plural equipments 20. When the circuit 105 detects the occurrence of the status change in >=2 equipments 20, the status data is collected from time division data transmission from the plural equipments 20 by using a request signal from the equipment 10. Thus, the status change collecting time at the occurrence of status change is reduced.
