PURPOSE:To realize a favorable interfacial adhesion between functional resin and main resin at a bottle neck part by a method wherein the bottle neck part, which consists of a protruding ring part and a neck part, is made so as to have a multiple construction having at least two layers, and a bottle body part and a transion part are made of only the main resin. CONSTITUTION:In an injection mold consisting of a core mold 10, a lip mold 11 and a cavity mold 12, main resin is injection-molded so as to allow a main resin 21 to flow in. When the flow front of resin reaches the cavity region of a throttling part, the internal pressure of resin rises rapidly. By detecting said rapid rise with a resin sensor in the main resin flow path of an injection mold, functional resin is injection-molded from a functional resin injection nozzle so as to allow radially the functional resin 22 to flow in through functional resin injection gates 5, at least one of which is provided, into a protruding ring. The main resin 21 and the function resin 22 are simultaneously injected so as to fill a bottle neck part in order to form main resin inside layers 21c and 21d, which connect through an intermediate interface 23 to the functional resin. |
