PURPOSE:To realize alleviation of pressure change of fluid due to resistance loss by providing an object so shaped as to grow larger in viscosity resistance in a part where communication with a head inside an fluid supply element is provided. CONSTITUTION:Fluid chambers 11, 12 are joined together by a passage 17 of a communication pipe 18 made of a small tube. Further, the plural number of passages 19 of small holes with minute diameter are provided on the periphery of the communication pipe 18 in the radial direction of an axis of said pipe 18, thereby putting the communication pipe passage 17 and a fluid chamber 13 in communication with each other. Alleviation of pressure change due to resistance loss by fluid viscosity is performed by the passages 19 of minute diameter. As for the number of said passages 19 in connection with their diameter, the more number of passages of smaller diameter work more efficiently. |
