PURPOSE:To oscillate a magnetic core in fluidized vessel and allow coating resin to be almost uniformly fused to the whole magnetic core by receiving the magnetic core with wire netting in the fluidized vessel where a thermosetting coating resin powder is fluid and by oscillating its wire netting. CONSTITUTION:After heating an amorphous winding magnetic core 101, the magnetic core is inserted in a vessel 103 where a thermosetting coating resin powder 102 is fluidized and its magnetic core 101 is received with wire netting 104 in the fluid vessel 103 and then, coating resin is uniformly fused to the whole magnetic core 101 by oscillating the magnetic core with the oscillation of its wire netting. The magnetic core 101 is heated after arranging it on a Teflon plate 105 that is cooled by water and other part of the magnetic core 101 which is not in contact with the Teflon plate 105 is hardened by the above heat treatment and after that, coating resin of a part that is not hardened yet is hardened by heating after turning the magnetic core from side to side. Thus, the whole magnetic core is free of hole and the like and a uniform coating is performed without deformation and further, its coating also exhibits an excellent property for the mass production.
