PURPOSE:To eliminate backlash by dividing a carrier into plural carrier units to shift their phases from each other centering around its rotary shaft so as to build up a structure in which said plural carrier units are connected to each other. CONSTITUTION:No.1 carrier 14a is fixed to an output shaft, and No.2 carrier 14b is constructed to be able to shift its phase in relation to the No.1 carrier 14a centering around its output shaft. And the No.1 carrier 14a is rotated clockwise and the No.2 carrier 14b is rotated counterclockwise gradually so that planetary gears 13a, 13b are firstly engaged with an inner gear 12. Further, the No.1 carrier 14a and the No.2 carrier 14b are rotated in the respective same directions so that the planetary gears 13a, 13b are engaged with the inner gear 12 as well as engaged with a sun gear 11. If the No.1 carrier 14a and the No.2 carrier 14b are fixed by means of a carrier fixing means 15 under this state, backlash can be eliminated.
