PURPOSE:To attain the communication of other normal communication equipment which is connected to the same station by bypassing only the assignment band of a communicating device in which a trouble is detected in a time division loop transmission system. CONSTITUTION:When communicating equipments 61 and 62 do not output transmitting request signals 74-1 and 74-2 at respective assignment bands, a band bypass control part 53e makes only a selecting control signal 72-0 into '1', a selector 53c selects a receiving signal 71-0 from a delaying circuit 53b and the band bypass is executed. On the other hand, when the equipments 61 and 62 output the signals 74-1 and 74-2 except the assignment band and output abnormal transmitting signals 71-1 and 71-2 in the band respectively, the trouble is detected 53d, and separation request signals 73-1 and 73-2 are made '1'. When the signal 73-1 comes to be '1', the signal 72-0 comes to be '1', the signal 71-0 is selected 54 and only the assignment band of the equipment 61 is bypassed.
