PURPOSE:To control constantly a large flow rate, by driving a main valve comprising a seat valve by means of a pilot valve which is driven by a proportional solenoid and provided with a main notch and auxiliary notches formed on its spool. CONSTITUTION:A main valve 2 is constituted with a seat valve, and the control pressure chamber 9 of the main valve 2 is connected to a pilot valve 3 which is driven by a proportional solenoid 27 and provided with a spool 23 having a main notch 28 and auxiliary notches 29 and 30 formed thereon. Thereby, if load pressure PL is increased, the pilot flow rate does not increase in the pilot valve 3, so that the pressure compensation is achieved and the large flow rate can be controlled constantly.
