PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition suitable as a molding material such as sheet and film, having excellent transparency, by blending vinyl chloride polymer with specific amounts of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester and a blocking inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride polymer is blended with (A) 0.005-0.3pt.wt. polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester and (B) 0.005-0.3pt.wt. blocking inhibitor (e.g. silica or talc).
