The rail for a magnetic door seal has a U-shaped cutout for receiving the movable part of the magnetic door seal. Fitted on to the legs of the U-shaped rail are mounting projections which facilitate fastening on the base and, by partial removal, permit improved adaptation to the respective external conditions.
