The invention relates to a lipid addition to nutrient media for cell and tissue cultures: lipids bound to a solid phase are added to the nutrient media. The lipids can, moreover, be either adsorbed onto or covalently bonded to the solid phase. They can moreover be in the form of pure substances or as mixtures, defined in terms of quantity, of natural and/or synthetic lipids bound to the solid phase.
