PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of test efficiency by using a constant current circuit controlling a line current to a prescribed current corresponding to an input voltage so as to select and set the line current into the plural num ber of stages with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:In outputting a reference voltage from a constant voltage gener ating circuit 20, the reference voltage is fed to the primary winding of a pulse transformer 22 and a voltage proportional to a reference voltage is outputted from a secondary winding. The voltage is rectified by a rectifier circuit 28 and inputted to a constant current circuit 31. Thus, the line current is controlled to a constant current corresponding to the reference voltage applied to the primary winding of the pulse transformer by the constant current circuit 31. Thus, the line current is selected and set to the plural number of stages with a simple operation, the test efficiency is improved remarkably and more detailed test is executed to an exchange.
