PURPOSE:To make it possible to align the axis of a mesh to the component parts easily by furnishing alignment marks to unify the both axes of mesh holding members and the mesh. CONSTITUTION:In a mesh electrode 7, alignment holes 8a to 8c are arranged at a mesh support 7a, a mesh 7b, and a mesh ring 7c respectively, and these parts are assembled by unifying the holes 8a to 8c. As a result, the alignment of axes is made very easily, a discrepancy of the position of the mesh 7b, a swelling out of the mesh 7b from the mesh ring 7c after the welding, and the like are eliminated, and the alignment of the mesh support 7a, the mesh 7b, and the mesh ring 7c can be made in a high accuracy.
