PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for stopping the operation of the title device when an article to be treated is changed by automatically coating an adhesive, etc., on a material to be treated conveyed in the specified direction while being rotated, and not fixing a pallet holding the material to be treated to a moving device. CONSTITUTION:Plural conveyor jigs consist of the tabular pallet 1, a rotating shaft 2 capable of rotating and incapable of moving in the axial direction held by the pallet 1, and an attachable and detachable holder 3 mounted on one end of the rotating shaft 2. One or plural conveyor jigs supplied from the outside are received and moved by the moving device 10 in the fixed direction, and discharged to the outside. The rotating jig 2 of the conveyor jig is rotated by a rotating device 15 in the specified section in the course of moving. A coating device 24 is provided in the rotating section of the rotating shaft 2 and beside the moving direction. As a result, the operation need not be stopped even when an article to be treated is changed or cleaning is carried out, and coating can be efficiently carried out with a small device setting area.
