PURPOSE:To permit quick confirmation of an input operation region and to improve operating efficiency by setting the input operation region common to all the operation modes or having the common meaning thereto among the input operation regions of a display section and input section changing according to the respective operation modes of a composite apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In a facsimile transmission mode, the input operation region by a mode column 56 is set in the same position as the input operation region by a mode column 9 in a copying mode, the input operation region by a help column 6 is set in the same position as the input operation region by a help column 15 in the copying mode and the input operation region by a clear/stop column 67 is set in the same position as the input operation region by a clear/ stop column 17 in the copying mode, respectively. The operator of this device is, therefore, capable of easily recognizing these input operation regions even if the operation mode is changed to the facsimile transmission mode. The operating efficiency is thereby improved. |
