PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition containing a specific film-forming agent, silane coupling agent and lubricant, capable of preventing coloring by heat in molding and having excellent mechanical strength and heat aging characteristics. CONSTITUTION:(A) 0.1-2.0wt.% hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion expressed by formula I (n is 0-12) and/or hydrogenated bisphenol F epoxy resin emulsion, (B) 0.01-0.5wt.% silane coupling agent (e.g. gamma- aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and (C) 0.01-0.5wt.% lubricant selected from at least one kind of polymer, emulsion and activating agent selected from mineral oil type, fatty acid amide type, metal soap type, etc., are dissolved in water to provide the aimed sizing agent composition of glass fiber for reinforcing thermoplastic resin having 2-20wt.% solid content. The above-mentioned composition is attached to a glass fiber in an amount of 0.1-2.5wt.% based on the glass fiber.
