发明名称 HOT-WIRE TYPE AIR FLOWMETER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance reliability by enhancing a radio-wave jamming resistant characteristic without receiving the restriction of a member forming an air passage, by covering the heat generating resistor arranged in the air passage and the support for supporting said heat generating body with a radio wave shield body. CONSTITUTION:A hot wire 1 is formed by winding a platinum wire around an alumina bobbin and coating the surface thereof with a glass material. The wire 1 is welded to the support pin 9 inserted in the support part 8 of a metal base 4. The cold wire 2 of a temp. correcting resistor detecting the temp. of sucked air also has the same structure as the wire 1. The wires 1, 2 and the support part 8 of the metal base 4 are covered with a metallic cap 6 while the cap 6 is connected to the base 4 connected to the negative terminal of a voltage source by a conductive adhesive 7. The hot-air type air flowmeter having this structure is mounted to a body forming an air passage. Since the wire 1 is perfectly shielded, the radio-wave jamming resistant characteristic of this flowmeter is enhanced to a large extent.</p>
