PURPOSE:To avoid an event that message routing on a communication network is not entirely controlled as the result of a fault of a specific node by controlling the message routing by each node automonously. CONSTITUTION:Each node constituting a communication network includes a status change detection section 2, a message transmission section 1 and a routing decision section 3. The status change detection section 2 detects the status change in each link 4 connected directly. The content of status changes in the link 4 detected by the detection section 2 is sent to an adjacent node via a message transmission section 1. The routing decision section 3 decides the message routing based on the content of the status changes of the link 4 detected by the detection section 2 and the content of the status changes of the link 4.
