PURPOSE:To enable a multilayered roller having no dust generating property and static electricity obstacles to be produced through a single process by constituting a platen roller or the like of a printer from a core bar, organic high polymer system formed layer and non-conductive layer including conductive blank. CONSTITUTION:A mold releasing agent 12 is first applied to the inner wall of a mold cavity 9 of a seamless mold body 6 through an injection nozzle 11 and the surplus agent 12 is swept away by a dry sweeping jig 13. Next, reactivity low molecular weight organic compound 15 including a conductive blank having main raw liquid of ailphatic poliol and mixed carbon is applied to the inner wall of a mold cavity section 9 by an injection nozzle 14. Then, a core bar 2 is set to upper and lower molds 7, 8 in the mold cavity 9 and law liquid of chemically active component (RIM mixture liquid) 17 containing foaming agent is injected from a molding machine so that the hardening reactions including foaming in the mold and hardening of a conductive composite material 15 proceed simultaneously to form a non-charged roller 1. Thus light multilayered roller without any dust generating property and static electricity troubles can be manufactured through a signal process. |
