PURPOSE:To increase the processing speed of a serializing processor by delivering a processing request after confirmation of an identification code. CONSTITUTION:A selection circuit 48 of a data transfer device 42 selects the processing requests to be serialized in preference to those requests having serializing instructions and delivers them successively to a memory device 43 among the processing requests received by ports 44-1-44-3 with reference to the corresponding serializing information receiving ports 45-1-45-3. The processing requests having serializing instructions are delivered by the circuit 48 when the identification codes sent back via a gate 60, an output port 65 and an input port 52 of the device 42 are confirmed right after the processing requests to be serialized are selected by a selection circuit 59 and a gate circuit 61.
