PURPOSE:To reduce distortion by providing bellows-like suspensions between a diaphragm which is fixed through edges to frames fixed to a cabinet with a back hole and the frames which are closely brought into contact with the cabinet. CONSTITUTION:With respect to sound at the back of the diaphragm which occurs by the diaphragm 6, sound in a peripheral part where the reduction of sound in the front is large is emitted within the closed cabinet 13, and sound in the central part of the diaphragm where the reduction in the front is small is emitted through the back hole 14. Since the suspensions 12 simultaneously work as a supporting system and are set in bellows, they do not lose straightforwardness even if the diaphragm 6 largely vibrates, whereby distortion can be reduced. The suspensions 12 are provided in a position where a distance between the back of the diaphragm and the frames are shortest, whereby a speaker unit can be thinned.
