Device making it possible to practise, as desired: sailing on water, water skiing at any speed, windsurfing (sailboarding) and motorised sailing. It comprises two central skis 1 consisting of floats and two lateral skis 4 which can be displaced with respect to one another, by virtue of rolling paths 2, in a double C profile, and of sets of rollers 3. Two oscillating rods 5, two oscillating thrust plates 6, linking bars 7 for skis 1 and 4, and others 12 for supplementary floats 11, a towing handlebar 9, a seat support 16 and motor 19, a mast support 14 and two floors 15.
