PURPOSE:To smoothly tighten a fan cap and certainly prevent the loosening of the fan cap by installing a washer having a special plate thickness and inside diameter onto the front surface of an insertion screw for the fan cap. CONSTITUTION:A fan cap 1 is used for fixing a vane wheel in demountable ways onto a male screw for a motor shaft of a blower, and an insertion screw 3 is provided in a boss part 2. In this case, a washer 4 having a special shape is formed integrally onto the front surface of the insertion screw 3. In other words, the plate thickness of the washer 4 is set to 0.3-0.5mm, and the inside diameter phiD is set in the following dimension relation; bottom diameter of male screw X1.18>phiD>= bottom diameter of male screw. Therefore, the fan cap 1 can be smoothly tightened, and the loosening and slipping-off of the fan cap 1 can be surely prevented.
