PREPREG

摘要

The prepreg was prepd. by impregnating staple fiber sheet having special structure to resin. The fraction of fibers oriented to within 5 degree of a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the staple fiber sheet was 50-80%. The staple fiber was bound partly parallel and partly perpendicular to the oriented fiber. Prodn. of these materials were comprised application of a binding resin to an array of staple fibers as above, and laminating such assemblies, and/or scattering a liquid suspension of fibers centrifugally.
