<p>PURPOSE:To repeat scanning operation by providing a scanning end decision means, an operation control means, etc., and resetting a counter circuit and restarting its counting operation when the end of the scanning is detected while a detection is not detected. CONSTITUTION:A counter value for finishing one scan is stored previously in a scanning end counter value memory 37, and this counter value (u) is supplied to a scanning end comparator 38. Further, the comparator 38 is supplied with a counter value (b) from a counter circuit 1 and supplies a signal (v) to an error nondetection comparator 39 as a control means when the values (u) and (b) coincide with each other. Then a comparator 39 supplies a signal (n) to the circuit 1 when the counter value (w) of an independent counter 35 is 0 to reset its counter value and let the counter restart counting, but supplies a signal (l) to a switch connected to an adder when the value is 1 to supply an arithmetic value to an output control part through an output code memory. Further, when the value is >=2, on the other hand, a signal (m) is supplied to a switch connected to an error code memory to supply an error code to the output control part through the output code memory.</p> |
