PURPOSE:To smoothly decelerate a device without generating oscillation and noise, by micro-step-driving a magnetic field to be lagging phase to a rotor angle in a short period, in case of stopping. CONSTITUTION:At the time of deceleration, according to a counter value from an interval counter 7, a deceleration displacement from a deceleration displacement table 9 is gradually increased. In the meantime, a deceleration phase difference from a deceleration phase difference table 12 is set to be constant on lagging phase at 90 degrees. The deceleration displacement and deceleration phase difference are added to each other and are added to windings 25, 27 via an electrical angle register 18. As a result, according to the displacement of a rotor angle, phase in a magnetic field is changed in a minute period. Accordingly, the sudden and extreme change of torque applied to a rotor 28 is not generated. |
