PURPOSE:To obtain an image of near field of view of a single emission spot by providing a plurality of light emitting regions and an optical guide having one ends thereof connected to the light emitting regions and the other ends thereof combined and provided with a phase control mechanism, thereby providing the electric field distribution with a single peak. CONSTITUTION:In a light emitting region 8, a plurality of laser stripes 1-3 are provided, and in an optical guide region 9, there is provided an optical guide 5 having ends connected to the respective laser stripes 1-3 and the other ends combined into one. The lights generated by the respective laser stripes 1-3 are guided by the optical guide 5 and combined to one optical guide 5 in the neighborhood of an cleavage end face 6, the phases are synchronized homogeneously by a phase controller 4, and a single-peak electric field distribution is obtained at the emission point on the cleavage end face 6, thereby providing an image of near field of view with a single emission spot.
