PURPOSE:To carry out the output of a text with high efficiency and in a short communication time by performing the output to an output device and the transmission of the text in parallel with each other after providing a transmitting text memory part to a post-processing part and a blocking buffer and a receiving text control part to a pre-processing system respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a text is sent to a terminal equipment 7 from a text memory part 6, the text stored in the part 6 is successively read out by a transmitting text control part 5 and sent to a pre-conversation processing system 1 in a post-conversation processing system 2. The part 5 stops temporarily to read the text out of the part 6 for each transmission of a fixed processing unit number. Then a response request text for restart of transmission is sent to a receiving text control part 3 of the system 1 and this response is awaited. The part 3 checks the received text and stores it temporarily in a blocking buffer 4 if the text is not equal to a response request text. Then the text is outputted successively to the equipment 7 at and after the head part of the text.
