PURPOSE:To enhance the automatization of generation control of a file by dividing the file containing members into two every member and providing a file for controlling the generation of the files. CONSTITUTION:Two files are provided every member 1, 2-n so as to constitute the files A and B. A member generation information control file C is the file executing the generation control of the files A and B and it records the member name of every member and the display of the new and old generations of the files A and B, then a file updating program D executes the updating of the files A and B. Therefore, the generation control of the file by hand can be automatically executed.
