The transcribing method on stainless steels comprises the first baking treatment for discoloring the surface of stainless steels at 500-800 deg.C, and the secondary baking treatment for formation of a pigment film on the surface of stainless steels covered with a inorganic pigment at 30-40 deg.C lower temperature than first baking temperature. The covering method of inorganic pigment is to post a transcription paper, on which letters and/or patterns are printed, or to print letters and/or patterns directly on the surface of stainless steels.
