CONSTITUTION:The titled system is equipped with the interface unit 31 which interfaces a multifunctional telephone set 1 and the control highway 11, the interface unit 35 capable of being connected to the operating maintenance data setting equipment 7 at the time of applying the operating maintenance data and which interfaces the operating maintenance data setting equipment 7 and the control highway 11, and a central processing part 37 connected to the control highway 11. In such a way, at the time of applying the operating maintenance data, the interface unit is connected to the control highway, then, the operating maintenance data is applied, Also, at a time except when the operating maintenance data is applied, by connecting an extension and a line wire interface units to the control highway, it is possible to use the control highway effectively.
